Today’s puzzle will go up at 1:30 PM ET today. The primary culprit for this delay is front and center; how can you be angry at that face?!

To pass these 90 minutes, see if you can locate the secondary and tertiary culprits in this pic as well. This is not meta-related, except insofar as the delay is concerned. There’s even a quaternary culprit who is the same species as the tertiary (but nowhere to be found in this picture).
