In two sentences: parsing the second “Fifth” of the title to mean “20%”, take the fifth 20% of all entries where you can do so without anything left over (i.e., 5-, 10-, and 15-letter entries). The “fifth fifth” of those spell JACK DANIEL’S whiskey, famously sold in “fifths” (1/5 of a gallon).
